W. Kotzee has 35 years’ experience in multiple facets of the drilling industry. Starting as a young lad at the age of 18, in the core drilling industry, he moved on to percussion drilling, where he honed his skills, experience and knowledge of drilling. Percussion holes for water well holes as well as exploration projects in the Kalahari and Kgalagadi game reserve, Northwest, Free State and the then homelands of Lebowa and Venda. Dewatering holes in the outback of Australia, RC exploration drilling in Namibia and Botswana, working for international companies. His motto is always: “You are never too old to learn.”

Drilling is in his blood, as his father was also a driller all of his life. Willem decided a while ago to transfer his knowledge to other people interested in the drilling industry. This decision was made when his father passed away without been able to pass on his knowledge and experience. Willem decided to start a training company that can do just that.

Not only will Willem utilize his own experience and knowledge, but that of many of the drillers and drill companies out there, feeling the same way.
